Inout Scripts caused the failure of servers because the scripts are full of bugs (errors and warnings) and these bugs produced a ton of core files (error log) every minute. These produced core files finally occupied the whole disk of the hosting. These failure happened to any kind of servers, such as godaddy, bluehost, hostmonster, and my own dedicated servers.
